The Grady Story
A Restoration Company Shaped by Field Work.
Grady Property Restoration was founded in 2015 around principles developed through hands-on restoration experience: inspect before prescribing, communicate without unnecessary complexity, document the conditions, and recommend work supported by the evidence.
The experience behind our company began in the restoration industry in 2011 and includes water losses, structural drying, fire and smoke damage, microbial conditions, odor concerns, textile restoration, trauma-scene response, environmental hazards, severe-weather recovery, and complex property-loss environments.
Those experiences continue to shape how our company evaluates damage, communicates with property owners, develops restoration plans, documents projects, and determines when additional specialists may be appropriate.
Property damage creates enough uncertainty. Our responsibility is to bring clear information, practical direction, and experienced judgment to the situation.
Leadership Grounded in Field Experience

The Grady Approach
Clear Thinking When the Situation Is Not Clear.
Inspect Before Prescribing
We evaluate the actual conditions before recommending a scope of work.
Explain What We Find
Property owners should understand the damage, available options, recommended next steps, and the reasoning behind those recommendations.
Document the Work
Photos, measurements, project records, and clear documentation help create a more understandable restoration process.
Know When to Say No
Not every concern requires demolition, remediation, or unnecessary restoration work. When the evidence does not support additional work, we believe property owners deserve to hear that clearly.
