Editorial Standards
How Grady Knowledge Library content is developed, reviewed, maintained, and bounded by practical limitations.
Topic Selection
Topics are selected based on recurring property-owner questions, field observations, technical reference needs, and gaps in practical restoration education. Priority is given to guidance that helps readers make safer, better-informed decisions — not content created solely for search visibility.
Content Development
Articles are developed by the Grady Property Restoration Technical Team using field experience, industry standards (including IICRC reference documents where applicable), equipment and material knowledge, and documented restoration workflows. Content is written in plain language while preserving technical accuracy.
Technical Review
Published articles that display a named technical reviewer have been reviewed for accuracy, appropriate scope, and alignment with Grady editorial boundaries. Review attribution appears only when that review has occurred.
Technical leadership is provided by Bradley Grady, Owner and Managing Member, whose credentials include IICRC Triple Master designations (No. 194163). This is not independent third-party peer review unless explicitly stated.
Dates and Maintenance
Published dates reflect initial publication. Modified and reviewed dates reflect substantive updates or technical re-review. Minor typographical corrections may not always change the reviewed date.
Corrections
If factual errors are identified, Grady will correct published content and update modified dates when corrections are material. Readers may contact Grady through standard business channels to report concerns about accuracy.
